Secondhand Serenade - Your Call
What Can Click to Call do for Your Business
Many business professionals are opting to use Click to Call as a method of solving their communication needs. It's affordable, but most of all, the user controls all call management from an online control panel that is, of course, accessible from anywhere around the world. In today's economy it's critical to stay in touch and not miss potential business calls so with click-to-call you can permit website visitors to contact you directly either from your website, or even emails you send out.
The best part of the Click-to-Call feature is that it allows your Web site visitors and email recipients to call you with the click of a mouse and at no cost to them. Callers can also directly connect to you via email if you choose to put a "click to call button" in your outgoing emails. Again, direct these calls the way you want such as voice mail or perhaps to another individual handling those particular callers for you! The choices are numerous!
Click to Call is a merely button icon or text code to embed in your Web site, email signatures, online ads or any online document. Once a website visitor clicks the link or reads your email, they have the option of directly connecting by phone to your business free of charge. Don't forget, you can also create those answering rules to route the calls to employees, departments or voice-mail boxes per your requirements.
Once a caller clicks the "Click to Call" link, they are immediately connected via telephone to your business as per how you set-up your call management. Not to worry about whether you have to take the call, as you'll always have the Call Screening and Call Controller options that come standard, to handle and direct all your incoming calls. Setting your Answering Rules allows you to route calls however you want; to employees, departments or voice-mail boxes, the choice is yours.

Frequently Asked Questions...
How do you block your caller id on a call in Australia?
I need to make an official phone-call without being identifiable. I'm using a mobile phone. I've tried 1831+number and *67+number but the calls don't seem to go through. The number I'm calling is also a mobile and I'm typing the full number for the phone (e.g. 183104xxxxxxxx). But the calls come through as "Your call could not be connected" or "Call failed".
Any ideas?
My phone carrier is 3.
Answer:
You should be able to change a setting on your phone to hide your caller ID, however, without the phone model I wouldn't have a clue where this would be (check your userguide maybe?).
Failing that, your provider should be able to do it for you from their side. You will just have to call them and find someone who can understand your question and do it for you.
If you don't mind my asking, who is your provider? Telstra? Voda? Optus?
